The NovaMirror uses AI-driven facial analysis across 400+ facial zones to identify your precise skin tone and undertone. From there, it formulates your exact foundation shade on demand from 4.5 million possible shades. Each device holds 9 refillable ChromaStar pods and allows you to select your preferred finish (natural, dewy, or matte) and coverage (skin tint, light, medium, or full). No guesswork, no near-misses!

 

Yes! A companion app will be available when the NovaMirror ships, allowing you to sync your shade formulations, manage preferences, and access your history across devices. More details will be shared as we get closer to official launch.

 

The NovaMirror produces over 4.5 million shade combinations, formulated in real time based on a scan of your current skin tone and undertone. Every shade is available at every use, regardless of your skin tone!

We do not manufacture or sell foundation under our own brand, instead, beauty brands provide their proprietary base formulas in refillable ChromaStar pods, and our dispensing system blends those formulas on demand into precise, individualized shades for each consumer.

The NovaMirror is Chromara’s consumer device, designed for personal use at home. ChromaCore is our core dispensing technology built into every device, regardless of it’s use case. The ChromaCore enables us to offer a commercial dispensing unit, built for in-store deployment at retail locations. Both use the same core technology: 9 refillable pods, 4.5 million shade combinations, AI-driven facial analysis, and patent-pending technology. The ChromaCore is designed to replace traditional foundation shelf inventory in-store retail, recovering shelf space, eliminating dead stock, and delivering a perfect match to every customer who walks through the door!

Brands deploying our ChromaCore can expect ~75% SKU reduction per formula per brand, roughly 50% recovery of dedicated shelf space, dramatically lower shade-mismatch return rates, and full MoCRA-compliant lot traceability built into every dispense. Every unit manufactured is tracked: what was made, where, and for whom.
